[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unauthorized transaction on my debit card | |||||
An unauthorized debit card transaction has been done on my ICICI savings account by trapping me on phone call by ICICI bank employee and Rs.7904/- debited from my account. Immediately I called to ICICI bank customer-care and blocked my debit card and registered complaint and they gave me assurance and they sent me one mail like below ” if the transaction is not claimed by the merchant, then the amount will be credited within 9 working days. In case the merchant claims the transaction charge-back is raised. As per Visa/Mastercard guidelines, maximum time to investigate disputed transactions is 50 days”. But they have closed my complaint without notifying me. My account number:[protected] Complaint number in ICICI bank: SR[protected]. ICICI customer support team is also not responding properly.
