ICICI Bank — Unauthorized transfer of money from my account without any email or message alert

An amount of 1295 rs was deducted from my account and i did not received any email alert or message alert from icici bank when that happened and also in detail statement it is showing two different date for the same one transaction that amount. I called icici customer care but they didn't helped me and also email to icici customers care email id but since 15 days they are only extending timeline for this issue but not solution because they don't have detail about it and it is their server fault but they are not accepting it and my money is not refunded yet, i need my own money back in my account

Bal deducted in my regular salary account without any information.my account number [protected] .341 rupees deduct for SMAB CHARGES .My account is a zero account but why money is deducted plz resolve this issue

I have transferred 500Rs from my account[protected] to [protected] (jyoti) on 19 th December but money did not transfer to particular account and 500 Rs debited from my account.It not returned till date.
