Hi all,
I want to unblock my account with icici. When i had given a call to the customer service they informed me that my account is active whereas when i am trying to access the icici bank application in my mobile it gives me an error saying that your account is been blocked. Kindly assist as i am unable to login in my application and perform any transactions through transfer amount or others.
Kindly unblock my account as soon as possible. Else let me know the alternative to get the application unblocked.

I uninstalled it and downloaded a new app but still it is giving me the same error (Attached in previous email) i am unable to make any transactions because of which it is getting difficult.
