On 19th jul'19 (Yesterday) i wrongly done imps from kvb bank to "[protected]" icici bank account number instead of account number "[protected]" (Account holder name - christopher jebaraj)
From account (Kvb bank) : [protected]
Amount : 29000
Imps ref no :[protected]
Transaction date : 19-07-19..
Correct icici bank a/c no :[protected]
Wrongly credited icici bank a/c no :[protected]

Still payment not got reversed, there is no proper reply from icici bank after more than 70 days..

Dear Team,

I went to periyanaickenpalayam ICICI branch on saturday (05.10.19) .. I met branch manager and he told that he spoke to wrongly credited customer and customer agreed to debit from her account ...

Hence pls help to get the refund immediately ..

I transferred fund to My friend for his father cancer treatment .. already 3 months over and not yet received refund..

    I am a customer of icicis/b a/c-[protected]).

    On 30/09/2019 around 09:20 hrs i had used tamilnadu merchantile bank atm (Atm id-tmb23702 in melur for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

    I didn't get the money but my icici account was debited.

    Please investigate and get it credited back to my icici s/b account asap.

    The feedback says that icici delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to custome

      My a/c no [protected] connect with credit card no last digit 8000 (4) amount refund but right not update amount detail-1760+499+89+3.68=2351.8 all ready i was pay due pay 1710 rs on 30/8/19 but he not update and send bill due payment 2044 rs why not take money through more amount when i will not payment i was taken 30 to 40% why i will that amount interest please solve it. Please solve this month due payment or not.

      I GOT 3 debut amount in A/c no[protected] this a/c credit amount 1500+499+290=2289 rs 20 -21 -23/8 /2019 one amount 50 rs debit amount not want iwish open than why credit and debit my credit card amount-1760+499=89=2348 rs both problem solve and that type problem i was suffer 0n 2011 feb month that time my a/c debit through 4700rs other bank atm after 2 month toled other ban atm withdraw so not solve that time litel use internet so only complain in bank if you solve that problem i glad to you .

        The bank has deducted all tax returns that got credited to my account with 12 transactions with 413 rupees. When tried to reach the customer care - they haven't provided me with an answer. Absolutely shocking and irresponsible behaviour from icici - i'm losing hopes on banking with both icici bank and hdfc where i faced another such case. I'm also wondering why is there no intimation on the same while debiting my account.

          I'm nazir hussain barbhuiya holding icici savings account for past 6 month. A/c#[protected]] in shivajinagar bangalore.
          Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
          Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

              I have an account in icici since last 5 years. My account was debited of rs. 588.82 on 27th september, 19 under the category dcardfee1005sep19-aug20+gst. What is this fee and how can it be deducted without my permission or any notice through an email or sms? This is quite an unethical behaviour from the bank, please inform about such charges before-hand. Usually the charges i know are not more than rs. 250+gst annually. I think it is high time i open an account in a different bank.

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I got a notification of the amount deducted and then checked my statement. On further deep dive i now notice that the amount was deducted in july and aug as well on 29th or 30th of the month. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                    Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.
                    26/09/2019 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee sep19-sep.
                    354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
                    Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, yet to get response.

                    But look at the way, how common men's money being sucked by these blood suckers. Shameful act.

                        I don't understand this fee that i was charged on my icici bank account today, didn't get any sms or any notification on the same. Is this legal to charge customers without their consent or without notifying them? I would really appreciate if the charged amount is credited back to my account at the earliest. These days icic bank or any company's customer support that matter, behaves as if the customer care executives own the customers. They behave very rude and wont have the time to listen to what the customer have to say, they says this is it and its done, without resolving the issue they close out the service requests. Whats happening with the customer service in india these days?

                        I just needed the explanation why i was not informed via an sms or an email on the below transactions. Simple. As a customer I am entitled to have the notification on the transactions done my account.

                          I was asked to open the deemat account on the pretext that it's free of cost, but after some time rs 826 was deducted from my account. This is cheating.
                          Icici is just cheating people by forcing them to open the account and charging unnecessarily.
                          The icici direct team contacted me, they convinced me that the account is free of cost.
                          This is cheating, a fraudulent business scheme to promote your product.

                            dcard fee deduction of 588 rs

                            I am unable to figure out why they have deducted 588 rs without my permission. Who gave them permission to impose deductions of their choices? Just because i am using their services it doesn't mean they will do anything from my account. I want them to transfer my money asap, its not a matter of few bucks its almost 600 rs.

                            They have just mentioned this dcardfee1791sep19-aug20+gst and deducted 588 rs against it. Is it my responsibility...

                            I have been using icici bank debit card from 2016. All of a sudden i was detected rs.588 stating "dcardfee4593sep19-aug20+gst" if its annual detution fees then its 250+gst but this 588 i dont know what this random number is. There was no message from the bank. When i checked the account balance i was shocked.
                            I need my money back.

                              I have been receiving calls continuously for over 3 days for requirement of loan. Even after declining i keep getting over 2 calls everyday. It getting very annoying as the calls are from normal numbers and it is difficult to understand if the call is urgent or just spam.
                              There needs to be a better way the company cannot keep calling you from different branches and asking the same question.

                                Just today i noticed that my account was debited for 826 dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till aug-19.
                                This was not supposed to be as i was never informed by the icici bank representatives about these extra charges.in the beginning they said it was a free account and i wouldn't be charged for this.
                                Also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.
                                This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                                  This is nilesh, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till aug-19) on 26-sep-2019. I am not using this account.

                                  Without any information icici representative open my account. I was supposed to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that then they said that it is free and this will be non chargeable or deduct money. When i checked my balance through icici mobile app then i saw these has been deduct and without any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                  My icici account number is[protected]. This is unethical and unacceptable for me and i request icici to please refund my amount and also deactivate the demat account to avoid any further deduction. My phone number is [protected]

                                    Myself sahil, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-19) on 21-aug-2019. I am not using this account.

                                    Without any information icici representative open my account. I was supposed to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that then they said that it is free and this will be non chargeable or deduct money. When i checked my balance through icici mobile app then i saw these has been deduct and without any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                    My icici account number is[protected]. This is unethical and unacceptable for me and i request icici to please refund my amount and also deactivate the demat account to avoid any further deduction. My phone number is [protected]

                                      I haven't subscribed to my money service but still, an annual fee 354.00 rupees got deducted from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to customer care didn't help, and i never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.
