I have received ICICI BANK Credit Card NO [protected] in 2003 But due to No need To use Credit Card I cut/ destroyed the card and send to dustbin, But after some time I have received credit card statement in year 2005 The undue charges, panel interest, and card fees charges Debited, I have contacted to ICICI BANK they issued me Settlement letter dated on 16.7.2005. For Rs 9000.00, I have deposited Rs 800.00 on 10-8.2022( vide receipt no[protected].7.2005.) and paid ch no 285905—10.9.2022 Rs 4100.00 and cheque no[protected].8.2005 Rs 4100.00 . total Rs 9000.00
The Cheque no 28504- cleared from my bank on 22.8.2005.00, and after the credit card Team told that cheque no 285905—10.9.2022 Rs 4100.00 mispalced by them please pay cash and we will issue you Valid Receipt then I have paid as details below :-

2- Cheque No[protected].2005 Rs.4100.00
3- RsCheque no 21559-12.10.2005 SBBJ RS 600.00
4- RN[protected].12.2005( CASH ) Rs.1350.00
5- Cheque no[protected].1.2006SBBJ RS 2050.00
6- RN[protected].4.2006 Rs -600.00
7- Rn ……20.1.2006 Rs -300.00
Total Rs 9800.00
After full payment I have requested to issue NOC From ICICIBank Jaipur on 12.4.2006 They replied that your account is ok and we did not remind you for outstanding and we have no any system to issue NOC For credit card . but after some time the matter is unsolved they requestd please pay Rs 2590.00 For credit card Close account, I again paid (1)R.N[protected].10.2006 RS.527.00 R.N.[protected].09.2006 Rs 2063.00
I was assure that that my credit card is closed but due to bad intention, after 18 years my credit credit card is not closed and showing In CIBIL . I have paid full and final amount, but my card is not closed
You are requested to kindly VACATE MY CREDIT CARD OUTSTANDING FROM CIBIL, The copy of the settlement letter, bank statement, and receipts is enclosed for your reference
