[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unethical behavior and money deduction from account

I had applied for the homeloan from icici bank and bank started wokring on that from 28-Mar-22.
Issue with entire process was they did not followed proper guideline
and messed up at so many points like verifying the document, giving valuation on time etc but in the end when last step was pending which is verifying originals of the property what they do it they prepare bankers check first and then came to verify the originals and later it was found that one of the original paper trail was missing of property, so we decided not to procced unless its produced by seller but till they time they have already prepare the banker check of 78, 00, 000 .
after next day when deal did not execute i told bank regional head name was Chandra that it might take time as seller don;t have original so we should can cancel check so i won't have to bear the cost of interest on it but they told its fine sir we can hold the check till one month and we have authority to reverse the interest changes occur on it so i agree on holding and gave my approval to hold(chandra confirm all this on call and even i have whatsapp chat confirming same).
but immediate next week on 4june i found out deal is not going to happens so i tild him to cancel entire thing and start on my reversal of intertest . I send this on wahtsapp as most of the conversation with all bank people happening on same so i never thought of sending a mail.
but this guy did not confirm me for 1 week. after my constant follow-ups and raising to branch manager mandvi he told he will initiate process but this entire thing took more then month following amount deduction happens from my accountin this time fram

after that i keep waiting for my reversal and constant done followup with them via call, whatsapp even visited branch (marathalli )
and i was always assured that it will be done.
still i did not got any refund and loan account was showing active so i raise it to customer care vai mail and twitter handle as well.
then they started this process and later they told only Rs 51782 amount will be refunded and remaining are adjusted .
this was surprising as from the first point i did not wanted to hold the check they assured me to hold it then all of this deduction happens.
Now bank people saying Regional had left the bank and we only have request raise for 51782 and we dont know what promise they told.
All i wanted to say that i was being harass for this refund by telling wrong information from first day .
now i am tired of doing all this follow-ups bank and they are not even considering my side just keep saying that we don't hav any mail confirmation and person who was handing is gone and no one is here to address this case.
I would like to request consumer court to help me out of this and get me back my amount which is unethically deducted.
