Myself Nikhil Ahuja, I have been with icici bank since 2021. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 26 JULY 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL JUN-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

    Hi team,
    I paid the credit card bill on 29 July 2022, but still it got autodebited on 7th August 2022. Even after bill paid twice it is showing bill as due on app.
    Please resolve the issue and refund the amount.

      I have submitted my bank account KYC in EPFO PORTAL ON 10/07/2022.

      One month is going to complete but it has not approved yet.
      Please help to get it approved.
      I am not able to do any transaction due to this.

        I have been an icici customer since last 4 years.

        But since the past few months the below mentioned problem started appearing always. I have never requested to block my debit card for any reason, nor have I ever entered the wrong cvv multiple times. But when I try to make online transactions, each time i get this message:

        "for security reasons your verified by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card/login has been blocked for online transactions at verified by visa merchants.

        To unblock your card, please contact icici bank customer care."

        I have tried calling customer care multiple times. Each time a computerized voice plays, asks me to enter my 16 digit card number which i would like to unblock, i enter it and it says my card is unblocked. But then when i try to do online transactions, it again says that my card is blocked for online transactions.

        I have tried to unblock my debit card through the imobile app as well but it says my card is not blocked at all.

        I am totally frustrated by now. Please help.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          My Self Ganesh Popatrao Shermale I Have using ICICI Bank Coral Credit card from last 5-6 Year and card last 4 digit is 0014 and till the time experience was good but on 25/07/2022 happened fraudulent transaction on my captioned credit card and done 3 transaction of Rs.14766.5, 20000, 14766.5 and total amount is 49532.1 .Surprising is I have not done the transaction, not share any OTP, not getting any calls and once starting fraud OTP receiving on my mobile, I have block the card from I mobile Application immediate also limit also reduced but after that the transaction was done. After the incident I have call to customer care and raised dispute complaint and also filled dispute form from branch and to till time no any revert but service request is closed without any solution and customer care team also not helping out.
          I don't understand bank security an safety about customer transaction because already having well awareness regarding frauds so every time will caring out our cards and password but after that the incident is happen without sharing any such details so how banks debit my transaction without my permission and confirmation.
          After waiting 10 days my problem is not resolve and not get any solution so I want refund my debited amount earlier basis so do proper investigation against on the incident and want solution earlier basis, because I won't to pay the outstanding amount in next billing date and till the time I don't have any single bounces in my cibil record so, I will not ready to add any penalty and Cibil effect from the Incident.
          I have raised Cyber crime complaint and attached the copy and transaction mail snapshot also attached for your references so, request to you kindly reverse my whole amount before billing date otherwise will escalate the matter to RBI and Consumer court if solution not happen but I hope Icici bank will resolve the problem before expectation date.

          Yet no response receive from ICICI Bank after sending 3 mails and will not wait more because My billing date is coming so kindly refund my money on urgent basis and do proper investigation and Bank is totally response for the fraudulent transaction bcoz without sharing otp Bank has debited amount so do your process at your end but want resolution at any cost.

            I am an icici bank customer. My account got debited two tiess with 590 as ECSRTNCHG. I understand from googling it that it has something to do with an EMI on a debit card. I know that two EMI is deducting every month for my HDFC Insurance Policies, although I have never signed an ECS mandate. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.                       Dear Sir/Madam

                      A credit enquiry is reflected in my CIBIL Report for 10, 00, 000 ₹ by icici bank credit card. but I didn't applied for credit card for that much amount. I requested and sent a complaint mail to icici bank about resolution but you are not responding.

                      I just uploaded my me kyc in icici careers portal. How can you put an enquiry for that huge amount that too for credit card.

                      i am planning to escalate this issue to RBI and consumer complaints ombudsman.

                        I am ICICI bank customer for last 22 years. My user id and debit card is blocked and so as my internet banking facility. As i got the message i wrote a mail to them on customer care. As per their advice i called their customer care number which is such a pathetic service that after spending hours my problem is not resolved.

                        Its almost impossible to reach their customer care representatives...they are always busy attending other customers.

                        I have even tried to call my relationship manager but she never picked up the call.

                        I am SINGLE WOMAN and need to pay my monthly bills. I am feeling harassed and stuck. I have now no way to know status of SR[protected]

                            Icici has been scamming me demat account charges for 8 yrs
                            whenever i go to close my demat acccount they say the shares are bought
                            but i cannot sell the shares becuase the company is closed
                            now they are charging me 3500 for not maintaining my demat account
                            when i activate my icici bank account they recover the fees

                            really scam company

                                I wanted to open an account in ICICI Bank, Coonoor branch. Mr. Siva Prakash convinced us to open a Wealth Management account narrating to us its benefits such as, a lump-sum amount in 6 digits would be needed to be deposited for opening this account, and later we could easily withdraw that fund without requiring any minimum balance to be maintained (Called as Zero-Balance account). He was continuously calling us to arrange the fund asap. The day we arranged it, he refused to open the account and said they require at least Rs.50k minimum balance to be maintained in the account then only they could go ahead with the process. I didn't want my money to be blocked in any bank account like this so then I spoke to the GM of ICICI Bank Cnr Branch, Mr. Muthukumar. He bluntly refused to open even the normal saving account by saying that now the rule has changed and they needed at least a 50K minimum balance to be maintained even for a basic saving account. I was appalled to hear how the rule could have changed in one single day and why Siva Prakash didn't inform us about those details earlier.

                                These guys are very unprofessional and selfish. They look for their maximum benefits in the form of commission. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this bank ever.

                                  I am getting harassment call regarding loan repayment for past several days. The phone numbers are (i)[protected](ii[protected]. The last call was from [protected]. I have the call records of all the above call. They say that they are calling on behalf of ICICI bank. All the credentials they mention are wrong. When I further enquire or want to register a formal complaint, they simply cut the call. I would like to clarify that neither I have any account in ICICI bank nor have I taken any loan from your bank. Kindly look into the matter and take stern action.
