Unethical behavior and money deduction from account

I had applied for the homeloan from icici bank and bank started wokring on that from 28-Mar-22.
Issue with entire process was they did not followed proper guideline
and messed up at so many points like verifying the document, giving valuation on time etc but in the end when last step was pending which is verifying originals of the property what they do it they prepare bankers check first and then came to verify the originals...

I had taken card swapping device from ICICI bank while opening the current account in August 2021 but never use it. Send email for deinstallation to ICICI, after long delay of two months they deinstalled the device on 11 March 2022.

For all these months they were deducted non utilization charge around Rs. 600 monthly. But to my dismay after deinstallation also they are deducting non utilization charges till now. Complaining to customer support issue is not resolved. How can I get my amount back which they are deducted illegally?

    Regarding this am last two days continuously following with customer care but i did't receiver proper update they are just transferring call to other department

      My transaction was declined during online shopping and money has been deducted. But after some time the money was returned. Now when the credit card statement came, this money was added to the statement as EMI. When I called customer care about this credit card statement they removed the second EMI also and spoke very rudely and disconnected the call 2-3 times.

      I have attached bank statements as well as declination of transactions during online shopping.

        Name appeared in Demat Account as Kusum S Gairola while in PAN and Aadhar is Kusumlata Gairola.
        Spelling of name in Aadhar and PAN was corrected after opening of Demat account please arrange to make correction in Demat account also, Details of account is as under-
        DP ID - IN302679
        Client ID[protected]

        Note - photo of PAN and Aadhar is also uploaded in system for reference.

          I, Chandrakant Chheda, owner of a retail cloth store. I use the ICICI merchant services via the pos machine for credit/debit card services for my business. I have been charged for several schemes which i wasn't aware of from the month of January 2022 and I had made several complaints for the same but, this month of August 2022 a deduction of Rs. 45, 000+ was deducted.

          I have veen running my retail small business from sometime and they have deducted 73000+from account from 26th October 22 onwards till now

          Worst worst service and this is pure looting honest people who are working hard
          They should be banned as a company

            my bank acoount number is[protected] holder name HINDUSTAN TRADER last 6th august credit account of rupees 240000/- from bangalore party, that party told me please deliver the material to hooghly, i was delivered the goods by truck no. is (MH 18 BG 6672) when hooghly party recieved the goods on 7th august and called me materials did not recieved and Lien my bank account from bangalore please resolve the problem.

                Hello, I have opened an account with ICICI Bank 5 years ago and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account .Recently 419.64 rupees and so on was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction .in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs i contact direct with icici bank they said they wont deduct again but this month also they deducted money. its happening during this recent 3 months. It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my 3 months money as soon as possible .

                    I never used or applied for my demat account for which the annual charges are deducted feom my account and I also raised a complaint related to refund of same. For which I talked to the executive related to that and she assured of my refund in 5-7 working days but it was now almost 10 days. Please do the needful and waiting for your positive response.

                      I have ordered a product on Amazon with order number:[protected].on 12 July 2022.I have received product on 16 July 2022 amount of RS.2096/-only, and due to size issues I have returned the product in it's original condition on 17 July 2022.The Amazon initiated the refund on 17 July 2022 and still the refund amount is not yet seen in my account statement.                             Opened NPS account in year 2020. Indicated ICICI bank as POP. As part of the application verification, ICICI bank rejected my KYC unnecessarily on the basis of address mis match. After that I have been following up since 2020 until now no conclusion at all. I have no clue as in where to update the address, which address in incorrect and all.

                              I am writing in frustration after dealing with multiple stakeholders across ICICI banking team, Prudential TEam, ICICI direct team without any solution or way forward.
                              I had 7 lac rupees in ICICI bank account's MF section.
                              I was able to access this through ICICI bank home page Investments & Insurance Mutual funds.
                              Now when I go to this section, it says invalid account or account doesn't exist!

                              When I called banking team, they said they can't help and asked me to contact MF team with a wrong number (+[protected], which took me to prudential team who say they only manage insurance.
                              When I called banking again they directed me to ICICI direct, who said they don't deal with M[censored]nder ICICI bank account, and that my money isn't in ICICI direct MF.

                              I'm frustrated by this hopping around with no solution and such a big money loss. I need an URGENT and IMMEDIATE answer and resolution.

                                  My Name is Robins Francis and on 12/08/2022, from my bank account, four times 590 rupees has been deducted in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg without any notification.l lost a total of 2360 rupees without any intimation from the bank. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                                    I applied for the icici bank credit card. And my application got rejected due to office address confirmation. And when I contacted the customer care executive. They told me that send your required documents by email within 4 to 7 days. You will be notified about your application status.
                                    But after 9-10 days. I still didn't receive any email or message.

                                    But they are not giving me any updates. All the time they tell me that send us an email about your company id and address. And I have already sent them an email 10 times. And then again I called the customer care executive and they said, your application is rejected. Then didn't tell me any reason.

                                    As I've shared my details via the official company email id with confirmation of my employment. Please approve my application.

                                    Please provide the solution as soon as possible.

                                      Hello, Mera account ICICI Bank me Rahul Kumar ke naam se 2017 se salary account hai jisme Bina meri jankari ke Bank Wale ne by default demat account open kar rakha tha aur har saal pure saal ka charges deduct kr lete the pahle maine kabhi dhyan nhi Diya kyu ki mere ko pta hi nhi tha pr last month 28 July ko jab Rs. 47.10 deduct kr liya uske just baad 1 Aug. 2022 ko Rs. 762.55 deduct kr liya tab dhyan diya jab customer care se baat Kiya to band karne ka request dala Jo ki 3 aug 2022 ko demat account band ho gya but uske baad 8 Aug. 2022 ko Rs. 350 only credit hua account me jab customer care se again baat Kiya tab paise dene se mna kar rhe hai bol rhe hain apko Jo milna tha mil gya ab nhi milega. Please solve this[protected] itne time ho gye .

                                      I talked with customer care and then she told me that total deducted amount can not be refund as per Bank policy.So Bank is refunded you only rest amount after deduction of bank charges which is 330 rupees .
