I am writing in frustration after dealing with multiple stakeholders across ICICI banking team, Prudential TEam, ICICI direct team without any solution or way forward.
I had 7 lac rupees in ICICI bank account's MF section.
I was able to access this through ICICI bank home page Investments & Insurance Mutual funds.
Now when I go to this section, it says invalid account or account doesn't exist!
When I called banking team, they said they can't help and asked me to contact MF team with a wrong number (+[protected], which took me to prudential team who say they only manage insurance.
When I called banking again they directed me to ICICI direct, who said they don't deal with M[censored]nder ICICI bank account, and that my money isn't in ICICI direct MF.
I'm frustrated by this hopping around with no solution and such a big money loss. I need an URGENT and IMMEDIATE answer and resolution.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
