Sub:- Regarding Home loan Application No: [protected]
We (D. Sowjanya & S. Kishore Kumar) have applied for home loan and got pre approval on 29thApril’ 15. Our Application branch (Chandanagar, Hyderabad) code is – 0588(Application No: [protected]) and concerned represent name is RITU. The property we have applied for home loan is already approved by ICICI Home Loan and having Home Loan Wide A/c No.LBHYD[protected] applicant name is K. MALLIKARJUN, He cleared the home loan balance and got back his property documents. We have submitted all required documents and our HDFC account has been debited with Rs.9551 on 05/03/15 for processing fee.
Here comes the problem the bank legal advisor rejected to give legal opinion because the property is in GRAMAKANTA area which was belong to government, now Combined High Court has issued clarifying that GRAMAKANTA land not belong to government anymore. I have enclosed the Government Order and News Clips for your reference. I have been rounding with bank for past 3 months. Give us the clarity in these issues.
a. Under what circumstance the previous applicant got approval.
b. Once property is approved by ICICI Bank, cannot approved again in the same manner
c. Without giving complete approval why my account has been debited with processing fee.
d. Is this the way you judge customers.
e. When the bank issued home loan to previous applicant is there any bribe or any illegal issue
We do believe that ICICI Bank has goodwill in customer’s view, if this situation happens what it reflects. Please escalate this issue to the right person where I can get proper judgment and do the needful action.
