[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unethical deductions from account. | |||
Hello Sir/maam. I have 2 compalains. I opened a salary account in icici hazratganj, lucknow branch in August 2014. Rs 910.86 was deducted from my account without informing me about the charges for debit card.I lost my debit card then I went to re-issue that in the above mentioned branch.Ms Urvashi(Customer relationship manager) heard my issue, I asked her for debit card, I asked her for fees.She told me that its free of cost thenshe asked my zodiac sign.Then she send me back, tellin me that I will get that on my address.I was shocked to see rs 910.86 deduction from my account when I was doing online banking.Again no message came to me regarding that deduction and moreover i am not getting any sms from ICICI from the day I asked for debit card.Secondly I have been charges Rs 513.00 everymonth as MAB charges, I opened my account on zero balance and now everymonth they are debiting from my account without telling me the rules o it. I just want that all my above transactions that are debited from my account without my consent, should be credited asap. And also strict action should be taken agains Ms Urvashi who cheated me while issueing debit card.
