Unethically lien amount put on savings account, will never answer calls, intentionally makes it impossible to connect. No information was sent either.
I was stuck in an emergency needed the funds for being able to get home late at night but without my knowledge Rs 1170 were frozen in my account. I have been pushed into depression by the bank due to the above mentioned. Customer care representative and supervisor intentionally hang up the call. Was this information helpful? |
