[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unfair dp charges deducted. | |||
Bank associate who opened my account told me to open demat account also as there will be no charges, and even i will reach my target. And i said ok. But now i did not even activate my account and even the default password sent by bank also not changed and i did not even login one time also into the account then why has the bank taken my money from my account. Even after bank calling me many times to login at least once into the account i did not do so. But still the charges are deducted. Why we have to be the culprit of such bank activities is there any law or some one who can stop this. Was this information helpful? | |||

ICICI Bnak please immediately close my demat account. and refund my amount and i insist you to teach your associates to stop doing frauds which they are doing with customers while opening their accounts, just to reach their heavy monthly targets. and if my money is not returned then this is going to be really very serious. i will have to then take help of consumer forum now as your team is not refunding my unfare DP Charges deducted even after rigorous follow ups. this is the second time ICICI is doing such an unfare trade practices with me.
