I'm a icici bank customer. Today 22.04.2020 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They're hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Icici bank doesn't respond any think.its happened 22 April 2020 till now i don't receive any kind of information from them. So kindly take an action for them.

Updated by Biswaup Its from 23 rd April to 25 April has been passed stil no response and call back from respective Icici bank customer service team other else.
I m still suffering your inconvenience and That's not a good sign.
Its a big mistake that i choose the Icici bank.

Is that your good service and benifits to join as ICICI customer.

After Lockdown i will close my ICICI BANK account and I don't want this type of irresponsible and disability services.
