I'm a icici bank customer. Today 22.04.2020 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They're hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. May 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Icici bank doesn't respond any think.its happened 22 April 2020 till now i don't receive any kind of information from them. So kindly take an action for them. Till i don't get any response from your sides. How irresponsible you are for your valued customer.Is that your good service and benifits to join as ICICI customer.
