ICICI Bank — Unjust Auto Debit Charges on my EMI Account | |||
I financed washing machine from Bajaj Finance Service. After my first EMI was deducted on 2nd September, in the same month, I was charged ₹118 thrice on 23rd September under following tags - 1. MNDT_CHRG~AD_BAJAJFIN 2. MNDT_CHRG~SMSOTP 3. MNDT_CHRG~SMSOTP I got in touch with Vishal from ICICI bank app chat option. He confirmed that MNDT Charge is one time auto debit charges registered through CMS/IPS Systems. He couldn't confirm why I have been charged thrice for one time fee and told me to visit the branch. I tried calling ICICI customer support but nobody answered. This is such a stressful and strenuous experience as a consumer. I have to take out time from my daily chores for this useless task. In such difficult times, one would expect seamless service from their banks and here, I was left with no resort but to visit consumer complaints, as the customer support is so poorly managed. I don't want to be an ICICI customer anymore. After this issue is resolved, I'll pay my EMI and close my account with ICICI as soon as possible. Please somebody help.
