Dear ICICI Bank,
Iam maintainig a current Account bearing A/c no. is[protected] in your bank at Rajouri garden, New Delhi branch. Your bank has been deducting Rs.7080/- charges from my A/c on 05 Aug, 2021. After telephonic conversation with your staff/executive at Rajouri garden branch, I found out that the charges were relating to MAB charges. FYI, At the time of A/c opening your staff/executive commited MAB is Zero for first 6 months from the date of A/c opening then after MAB is Rs.10000/- and also I have maintaining the same MAB as per instructed by your staff/executive. So, what wrong with you. Why you unnecessary deducting my Rs.7080/-. I humble request please refund my money in my current A/c ASAP. This is already too late by your staff/executive at Rajouri garden branch. Your staff/executive is just manipulate to me from last 1 month, So rubbish. Then I complaint online on ICICI portal and by e-mail but same not respond from more than last 1 week. This is my forth complaint at you. So, I requested to you at least please reply Yes or No then I will take a further action.
Please don't do that type of misguiding to any customer. You know very well this is pandemic time, So kindly refund my money ASAP.
PLEASE DON'T POLLUTE BANKING INDUSTRIES.
