I am Rahul Bhardwaz, same issue happens to me. This is really frustrating and giving burden to the customers. One of my loan emi schedule today, i.e. 05th August 2020, I have matained emi balance to pay the emi but all deducted from the account saying (NACH_AD_RTN charges)
Please look into this otherwise I will close my relationship with ICICI bank.

This is Yogesh, I have the same issue but I have paid all my emi at time and I have no reccuring dues pending withe but they have charged me like this without any notice which is really frustrating and I'm doing a lot of huge transaction through ICIC but this breaks the trust on them and iam afraid to even deposit a little amount with them in fear of them taking that to.
Please get back to this issue .

I have same issue.. icici has deducted more that Rs. 8000 from my account and still continuing deductions going on from my account.. every month of Rs 2000.. this is completely unjustice..

I also faced same issue . Icici deducted from my account aswell without any notifications . And these customer care never receive any call

I Am Firoz Shaikh Same Problem This is happening in my seven too but something has to be done, how long will this last, till now 3100 penalty has been imposed from my account You and we people have to take some action against them, fine once fined but why are getting debited again and again

Hello, I m priyanka sagavkar .What is the NACH_AD_RTN charges 590 rupees cutting my account . Please tell me the issue . I want my money back. @Icicibank You guys are recklessly just presenting the auto debit dues multiple times so that we have to pay for the bounce charge
till date I have paid more than 4000 rupees in bounce charge where asin I have had already paid my dues. Pls get back to me to resolve this
