[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unjustified late fee charges on icici credit card | |||||
Hi, I am a coral credit card holder with your bank.The payment due date for my credit card is 26th of every month. For the month of Nov 2015, I didn't made the required payment since there was no sms/credit card stmt hard copy or even mail notification came to me. I have been charged late payment fees and other charges [700 Rs]. Along with it on 08/12 there are interest charges of 2781 Rs. PFA my credit card bill. I had contacted the concerned team of ICICI bank several times but they constantly replied me with same answer "As per benk Policy we are unable to reverse the charges." Then I escalated the issue to Mr. Krishnan Govindan, Head Customer Service, but didn't got any response from his side also.Finally I had to come on this forum for the resolution of my complaint. Please have a look and take the necessary steps for reversal of the wrong charges levied on me. This credit card bill payment is due on my side and I'm ready to sort this asap once my late fee and interest charges gets reversed.
