I had a credit card with no. "[protected]", I had a due of Rs. 16110.84 in October 2014 to be paid by 16th November, which I paid on 11th Nov, 2014 and the card got deactivated.
Even after paying the full amount and I am still getting statements with unknown dues.
Please reverse the amount and stop sending me the statements so that I need not to escalate the matter to other levels.
