[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unknown deductions dp chgs | |
Respected sir/madam, Myself manjula and have been holding a salaried account in your bank. I had been told at the time of opening the account with you by your representatives that no annual charges would be levied upon the demat account regardless one transacts through it or not. Nevertheless, to my utmost shock almost rs. 700 has been deducted from my account mentioning as dp chgs. Tried emailing to your support however of no avail. If such an inconvenience persists i along with my other colleagues and also my family members may have to contemplate on switching to another bank and to have the accounts shut with you. Requesting you to please help me at the earliest and also to refund my deducted amount. If and only if you concur to refund my deducted amount, shall i choose to remain with icici in the future as well. Thanking you for your anticipation. Awaiting a positive and earliest response.
