I got a massage your icici credit card side

Trans of inr 2100.00 rs using credit card ([protected]) is made at kargil shahid on 3oct 2017.

As in know you need to ask customer for any transaction. But you did not ask why?

How can you deduct without any information?/

I do not have any knowledge of this transaction. Please reverse this amount as soon as possible.

It is credit card not debit card. Please response me as soon as possible.
