ICICI Bank — Unknown Transactions from Pabck Services NRO/NRE account | |||
During my account review, I found three unknown transactions, Two transaction from PayBack Services amounting to total of Rs. 800. And one MMT Transaction of Rs 500.00 Above transction was reported to ICICI NRI MAnager, NRI Services and HelpDEsk email Ids. The help desk just replied by just providing transaction description. And did not explain how it was reflected in my account. As I have not done any Payback Redemption why I should be charged for such transaction. I am still awaiting thier response.
