ICICI Bank — unnecessarily deductions | |||
I am an account holder if icici from past 9 months and the icici bank has deducted rs 29.50 from my account that too “5times” on the “same date” on ”pos dec chg”. Firstly if there is insufficient balance the amount would be deducted once, but here they have deducted it again and again till the balance in my account came to zero. What is this charges? And why don’t we get messages for these transactions, usually any debit or credit to our account send us messages but for this kind of deductions they never send any text messages. Why? This is totally fraud and the customer should be made aware for this kind of deductions. And when we call customer care they don’t even answer or by mistake if someone does they cut the call in between and then we have to again repeat the process again and again wasting our whole day. I don’t care i want my money back. Bloody frauds, will make sure once this is sorted i will withdraw my account from your bank. Please solve this issue at earliest. I request the consumer forum to take strict action against the bank. Like this they deduct from so many peoples account and make money illegally. Customer should be made aware of all the deductions on his/her account. This is the way they steal money from account holders, such bcz the amount is small no one thinks much but this how they make crores.
