ICICI Bank — unnecessarily interest charge on credit card bill.

Hi. I am Pankaj kumar and was user of ICICI bank credit card and just closed my card. ICICI bank charged me unnecessarily interest even after paying bill. Actually I have got my last bill of around 8900 and last date of bill payment was 11th June 2017 with minimum payment of Rs. 450/-. I paid Rs.6000/- on 9th June 2017 but on next bill date I got the bill that icici bank charged me around Rs.1175/- interest charge. I thought it was mistakenly done by the bank to I called the customer care of ICICI bank but they told me that this is their policy so I have to pay. I request them to look after it but they were rigid. I suddenly pay the whole amount with the un genuine charge as well and made a request to close my card. I can only say that icici bank make me embarrassed and tortured me.
I request to you to look this and take a action on icici bank so any other person won't suffer again. I am attaching the screen shots of my bill statement.

This is so embarrassing that on Saturday(22nd july) I got a call from icici executive from +[protected] and he told me to reverse my ungenuine charged money at my account within 24 hours. Again I confirmed with the person on Monday morning and he reconfirmed me that money reversed to my account within 10 minutes but I have got it in my account yet. I called to their customer care twice and they told me that money won't be reverse as per their policy. I almost waste my 2-3 days.
So now it's a complaint again that ICICI bank not even charge wrongly even icici bank mentality harass people whose is associated with them. It's not about few thousands but something about faith and now I request to take a action against ICICI bank so they would think before harassing their customers.
