[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — unnecessary amount debited my account but not refunded

Mera icici bank district farrukhabad branch kaimganj me[protected] account h or is account se 21 july ko 5000 rs ka amount debit hua jiski transaction id[protected] hai branch me jakar pta kiya to bataya gya ki npci ki call par ye unsuccessful transaction tha ye amount debit kiya gaya h lekin party acount me abhi tak ye amount credit nhi hua h .ICICI Bank ke complaint portal par is sambandh me maine ek complaint submit ki thi jiski refrence id SR[protected] h Jiski complaince copy sath me sanlang hai
Pls sir resolve this problem nd refund my amount in my account...Thanks
