ICICI Bank — Unnecessary Charges - Pathetic Services | |||
I am Rakesh Gupta holding current account with ICICI, its been four month I am getting charge for NMMAB charges, and still not getting Kindly note I have opened this account with the Zero Balance Account, and have been charged as below. Every month my balance is getting deducted, I dont know I am dealing with the professional organization, or Gali bank, who don't care of its customers. Its been four months I am behind you guys and every month my balance is getting low on this, and I am getting a response from you guys to chase branch, and branch is responding me to chase you. What the hell is this. I am your customer. Its seem really pathetic services I am receiving from ICICI. I have contacted the branch, they told me that I can reach to customer care and it will get reverse, after that from customer care I receive reply that I need to visit the branch, when I visited the brach again same thing happened. I was tired of again and again going back and coming back to branch and customer care responses. After that I have raised the complaint through Get in Touch and never receive level2, 3 and 4 response in the same. I really don't understand, whats happening. I am wondering that I am dealing with professional bank or what? Was this information helpful? | |||
