[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unprofessional, employee rude and misinformation | |||
This is to bring in your notice about the bad practices happening in icici bank. I have been using icici ban credit card fir a few months and the lat month i was informed by the call center of due amt of 59, 900 and due date as 11 june, but when i went to confirm it at the bank, first of all they didnot entertain me and my father as well. They were extremelly rude and they didnot know anything at gomti nagar branch, gomti nagar icici bank, they gave no assitance and even were very disrespectful, when forced they told to contact a person who gave us a different amount, when told by us we never get timey bills and they are sent after due dates the bank gave a very pethetic answer that thats not their problem and said again to contact call center, soo i am writing this soo that all are aware about the malpractices this bank does, i now would not be paying anything, only option is settlement. I would also be bringing it on public platforms and write blogs and social media. I have been annoldbcustomer with the bank and this is what the bank do and this is how they treat thier customers.
