[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unsubscribe My Money Service

I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for Jan-17 to Dec 17 Rs. 335 rupees got deducted.The same amount was deducted last year also from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to Customer Care didn't help to unsubscribe from the service and get refund o[censored]nwanted subscription. Please unsubscribe me from My Money service and pay back my money. Details: 25/01/2017 "BIL/[protected]/MM Annual Fee JAN1

I am fade up from getting fake calls. So trying to mark it resolved so that no one can see my complain and phone number.

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Govindrai This is BS to write my number here. Getting so many calls claiming to be from ICICI bank and asking all debit card details, bank balance and OTP too...
