ICICI Bank — Unusual loan due SMS

Last night I received the following SMS:

Dear Customer, payment of Rs. 75504 is overdue on your Loan Account XX6797. Please call our Customer Care and press 176 after welcome message. Alternatively, you may also contact ALLIANCE DEBT MANAGEMENT AND LEGAL SERVICES on 47010291. Please ignore if already paid.

I do not have any loans from ICICI. I have one savings account with the bank which is being used actively.

I tried reaching ICICI bank through their customer care from the time I received this sms, but no luck. I've communicated this to the bank, for record, via email. I haven't received any response yet (could be because it's a weekend, but still).

ICICI Bank, if you read thus, please contact me to confirm the mistake, so I have some peace of mind.

For the industry you are running in, you CANNOT afford to make such mistakes. It proves the carelessness of the employees handling our money.

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sabal Nair Like I guessed, I didn't receive reply because it was a weekend. ICICI is proactive in handling my situation and I received a total of 4 emails from the bank confirming that the sms was sent by mistake, and I'm not the intended customer to receive this. Here's what I received:
