[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Unwanted transaction and deduction of money

This is Kartik verma i hold a salary account in the bank. I would like to complain about unnecessary deduction of amount from my account. When my account was opened it was told to me that it will be a demat account but it will not do anything about transactions and it will only activate when you want it. And now my amount is deducted without any reason and when i complained about the same to the person who opened he told me that the amount will be back i wont get it back. I was not expecting this kind of services with a very prestigious bank. I just want my money to get refunded and this practice will not take place in future.
Kindly look into matter on a serious note.I'll be very thankful
