ICICI Bank — Updating International number for resident account | |
Hi,
I am currently in Mexico, i have requested ICICI bank to update my mexico number for all mobile alerts. I sent them all the forms duly signed at hyderabad address as one of the customer care representative mentioned the same.
They also mentioned the moment the received it will be updated in 2 working days, now it's been a week still not updated. Pathetic customer care and pathetic bank. That too i am a privileged customer who pay yearly 1500 INR for a saphiro debit card.
