[Resolved] ICICI Bank — upi transaction failed but money debited.

I transferred ₹1055 to a vendor via imobile app by scanning qr code. I got an error message on the app that transaction failed. I tried one more time and it failed again. I checked with the vendor and the money has not been received. However got 2 sms that ₹1055 has been debuted from my account. I checked via mobile banking and net banking and on both i see ₹1055 debuted twice (Total ₹2100 debited). Now the money is debited and the vendor has not received it either. I tried contacting customer support via both live chat and phone banking support, but got message on both that customer support is. It available. How am i to proceed and get my money back?
