ICICI bank says that I am using an old version of the app. Further they request me to update my device to OS 17.0 or above with the result I cannot apply for ipos and do related transactions. I contacted the relationship manage and also the local branch office and they have not resolved the issue. In the first place I do not understand the logic o[censored]pgrading the app from the old app which was seamless and without hassles. Hence, they want to upgrade the mobile by purchasing another mobile of higher rating to suit their requirements at the cost of customers.
