ICICI Bank ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees without my knowledge.

Am an icici bank customer. On[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. I have made a payment but the recipient has not received it

With all due respect I have made a payment of ₹510 to Delhi University through eazypay payment gateway for my examination form but the university officials claim that they have not recieved any such amount, please look into this matter and do the needful

Also after payment the redirecting page showed error which might have resulted in payment failure however my account...

I have made the payment for my examination form but my college hasn't received it

With all due respect I have made payment for my exam form to Delhi University but my college says the payment has not been made whereas amount has been debited from my account, please look into the same as my account has been debited

For withdrawal of Provident Fund.

I am an ex-alumni of ICICI Bank and I have worked here for 4.5 years. I have an urgency to withdraw my provident fund. But I was unable to withdraw it. Actually it shows some pop-up like contact to the employer/HR. I didn't know how to withdrawal my provident fund easily. I used Umang app or used directly EPFO site to withdraw my pf. Amount deducted from my saving account rs. 590 - three times

Rs 590 has been deducted three times in a week from my account on 1st July and 5th July, info as follows:

Credit card transaction- Amount withheld due to security reasons

I tried to book flight through Air India for an international travel on Aug 8th 2022 for an amount of 236463, but i couldn’t book the ticket and received a message that the amount was withheld due to security reasons and to call customer care.

I have been trying to call customer care but no number is operational.

Please treat this as an urgent request and do needful.

DP charges of demat account

Hi,
708 and 755 rupees got deducted from account, This is no 1 cheating bank, twice I got charges, Have you people gone mad, I got my miney back, Otherwise i know what to do, its a DP charges from demat account, I never used that account once also, and I dont know who opened that account, reply soon and do needfull...

Multi wallet card replacement.

Tried connecting with customer care so many times.
First executives asked me to authenticate card. While authenticating prepaid card after entering card numbers the call is getting closed automatically.
Tried calling executives again to update this they are not responding properly. Some times they keep disconnecting calls saying you are not audible (tried from different numbers, they keep doing this.)...

I hold only 1 ICICI Credit Card yet cibil shows three accounts

I hold one ICICI credit card but CIBIL shows three accounts. The following two accounts should be closed.

Even after filing a compliant and waiting for 45 days period as advised the accounts are still shown as active....

Refund icici credit card

We received a refund from air india express for 9000 rs on november 9th 2021 and we are chasing icici credit card dept for the same. Transaction from the card was done in march 2021. Yesterday we received mail from bank saying As per Visa guidelines the transaction need to be disputed anytime within 365 days from the transaction date. We are following up from 1 year if bank is delaying in refund then how its our problem. So disappointed how...

KYC update for EPFO

I submitted bank IFSC code change request on EPFO where status is showing "Verification Under Progress". i got to know that, it tis pending from bank side as it is not showing pending from Employer, so I contacted bank for the same on call centre number on 5th July between-7:30-9:30 twice. Their representative is saying we do deal with such kind of request please contact with the PF department.
I tried to spoke with their manager but...

522 rupees Amount deducted from my account

Hi,
I am Sachin jha, From my ICICI account 522Rupees deducted without my permission and without any prior notice.
I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and I haven't received any deduction message.

Money debited twice

Address:Goa, Goa bazaar

Money was debited twice from my account at a vendor (Goa bazaaar) on 03/07/22.

The vendor has confirmed he has received the amount only once.

The amount was Rs 433, which got debited twice

The transaction Id[protected] failed and mode was debit card.
Please help....

Wrong charge Cut

I am Vipul Mevasiya, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till May-2022

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

UPI transfer of Rs 25000 through ICICI Bank mobile app

Dear Team,
I held an account with ICICI bank with account no[protected] IFSC ICIC0000044. I did UPI transaction on 14 march 2022 of amount 25000 Rs. To Jayant Vishwanath Mahajan who has an account with HDFC bank account no [protected] held at Dhyari branch Pune IFSC code HDFC0004888 ithrough I mobile but it was wrongly credited to some other person.
I have raised complaint to customer service of ICICI Bank with SR[protected]....
