I have got a call from ICIC Direct saying please buy shares for atleast Rs. In 10 or 20 your account will be activated and you will receive a brokerage bonus of Rs.2000. And later the customer care directed me to buy at least 5 SEPs, which I did without specifying the amount involved.
Next day I saw in my bank account that Rs.826. Which is completely unacceptable.
When I created the demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told to me by the ICICI representative that it is free and will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile Who is registered with ICICI Mobile Banking. My ICICI account number is[protected] and Trading A/c No. [protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. my phone number [protected]
