I checked in my bank statement showing like DMC/***** DP Charges..also I never used Demat account

    I have an account with ICICI Bank and I use their app for UPI. I have 3 accounts ( 3 different UPI IDs) linked to that. I am facing two issues and contacted the bank 30-35 times but they are not ready to accept it or solve it. First, in imobile pay you can't change the linked account under one UPI Id. I don't want to delete UPI Id just wanna change the account because the current linked account is closed. Second issue I am facing is that It is showing a bank account that doesn't exist. Of course it's a technical issue I am not able to remove or change it. I don't have any account ending with xx32. Obviously I am not able to check balance or send money. They make excuses and not ready to provide a solution to it.

    i have opened ICICI Savings Account by online on Dec 6th 2019 (Paid by online 2000/-) but till now i didn't received the amount u can find the Transaction Details below

    Regarding this am last two days continuously following with customer care but i did't receiver proper update they are just transferring call to other department

      I have got a call from ICIC Direct saying please buy shares for atleast Rs. In 10 or 20 your account will be activated and you will receive a brokerage bonus of Rs.2000. And later the customer care directed me to buy at least 5 SEPs, which I did without specifying the amount involved.
      Next day I saw in my bank account that Rs.826. Which is completely unacceptable.

      When I created the demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told to me by the ICICI representative that it is free and will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile Who is registered with ICICI Mobile Banking. My ICICI account number is[protected] and Trading A/c No. [protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. my phone number [protected]

          Icici bank (DMC/IN30302891621683 DP CHGS TILL J UN-22) charges

          Address: 2la place, Shahnajaf road hazratganj, Lucknow

          I am CHETAN. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[[protected]] DP CHGS TILL JUN-22) DP charges on

          26/07/2022. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction

          message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[[protected]]....

          Unable to generate ICICI internet banking password

          I recently opened a salary account in ICICI as per my corporate request and received all the kit for the same. I have registered my mobile number with the account by visiting the nearest ICICI ATM too. But I was unable to generate the password for the received userid or Account number online and system throws an error message stating "Mobile number is not registered with the account please visit nearest branch/ATM".           Hi Team,

          Today I received a call from ICICI credit card department and a supervisor named Prakash spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.

          As you can see on below mail the transaction has been rolled back and amount is credited to credit card account and same I was mentioning to him multiple times but he was not accepting it .

          Please go through the recordings and see why he spoke to me like this.

          My due date was on 24th and all the amount was paid (61844 was credited on 22nd July from HDFC life and Rs 3065 was paid on 22nd)

          Now I want to know why Praskash was not accepting this and talked to me in a rude way . I clearly told him this is not the way you to talk to a customer and i got angry with this attitude .

          Now I got late fee which they are saying the refund from vendor will not be considered as payment .

          As of now the payment has been made totally
          These people (ICICI Customer) are literally harrasing by calling multiple times

          .

                826 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in IN[protected] DP CHGS till Jun 22.

                They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                        Myself Monil Chouhan, I have been with icici bank since 2017. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. The representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 26 July 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL jun-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                          My name is pankaj saini . i have been with icici bank since 2017. Yesterday[protected] my money 90.37/- rs is deducted from account without any alert message and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. DMC/DP CHGS till JUN-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                            They keep calling everyday for a personal loan offer, I have told them many times that I don’t need anything and to stopping calling me, yet I get calls every day.

                            I been a serious harassment.

                                Transaction Failed because of payment gateway, but I'm paying the price

                                I made an imps transaction on[protected], once after entering OTP upon submitting the transaction failed but the amount was debited.
                                It has transferred in at most emergencies and lives were dependent on it and the amount is also huge I can't afford to send it again.

                                There were no clear options to find failed transactions and I could only see the transaction in the e-statement and not in the completed transaction.br...

                                Respected Sir,
                                I was a savings account with in icici bank and due to unsatisfactory service from Vadakara Branch i was closed that account on 30 june 2022.I have credit card of icici bank, So many times i asked to the concerned officer regarding Auto pay during account closure time. He informed me after clossing the account that service automatically disable. For the period of 21/05/22 to 20/06/22 total amount 6024.25 and due date was 07/06/22.i was paid same amount on 07/06/22.But unfortunately Rs. 531 charged to me for Auto pay return charges. Auto debit return fee 450 + 81 Gst.

                                Next month Again they charged me the same. After giving compliments customer care exicutive called refunded 450 only.
                                This all things happened only because of the concerned officer misleading.
                                So iam requsting you to kindly do the needful for reversing full amount.

                                Respected Concern,
                                Thank you for your support and guidance regarding this issue. I would like to inform you that i received mail confirmation from ICICI bank for reversing of amount 450 only, still they didn't reverse the GST amount 81.In my credit card statement Showing 81 as outstanding.
                                Requesting to you for the said amount reversal.
