Its a old account as a payee, and the transaction has been continuously declined. I have already contacted your customer service multiple times since yesterday, and two service requests have been created. However, the issue remains unresolved. I have also spoken with customer support today, but no clear reason or solution has been provided. Instead, I have been asked to wait further while your back-end team looks into the issue.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I am concerned about the lack of clear communication and the time being taken to resolve the issue. Given the urgency of the matter, I would appreciate if you could expedite the resolution process and provide a clear explanation of the following:
1. The specific reason why the transaction was declined.
2. An estimated time frame within which this issue will be resolved.
3. Any additional steps or information I can provide to assist in resolving this matter.
