Unable to add Payee NRE

I have opened NRE Account, Its been more than 4 days since the account is open and active. I'm trying to add a payee, but it is keep erroring out with reason "Addition of new payee can be done only after 24 hours of a mobile number udpate." i have waited too many 24 hours already. its is urgent and i need to transfer money, and now the money is kinda locked down in ICICI account and unable to take it out. 590 Deducted 22 Times in my account

Savings account frozen without prior intimation.

Yesterday i was unable to use my account and today i received an email Status of your SR[protected], Dear Customer, As a precautionary measure, Acct[protected] has been frozen temporarily to prevent misuse. Pls visit branch and submit recent trxn dtls. Since yesterday i was unable to do any transaction with my account.

Multiple transaction with deduction of amount by name of ecsrtnchg

Hi icici team
Today i have transferred 3500rs amount in my icici bank account for paying my emi of app based loan provider navi. But after creation of my account suddenly some deduction makes from the bank with name ecsrtnchg... And multiple transactions with amount of 590, 585.67. I already paid my every emi before due date but i have no idea that auto debit is activated and not informed by bank also that i have penalized by some...

I am ICICI account holder, on 27 Dec'23 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov23+GST" charges without my knowledge.

Nov'23 - Rs 749.30

I want you to refund the amount.
Without customer knowledge debiting the money is showing the cheap behavior. And charges...

Automatically deregister my mobile no

I am a ICICI bank customer since last 15 years, I am on travel to Tanzania from India.

Mean time my mobile no is deregistered from my saving account automatically.

Hence, I am unable to operate my net banking which creates lot of problem.

How to register my mobile no with my saving account which was registered since last 10 yaers....

EPFO kyc verification under process

I Registered my ICICI bank account details on epfo account, but it is showing me verification under process, I updated details on 24th October 2023 it's been more than 2 weeks.

I tried to visit the branch but no one at the branch seems to have any idea about who approves the account details for epfo or how it's approved, someone at the branch even argued that EPFO KYC approvals will only be done by employers not bank....

Credit card fraud money not being refunded

I got scammed on credit card on 22 sep.
I recently applied for credit card as they came to our area and didn't even activate the card as my name was incorrect on it. Last date to do that was 24 sep.
I got a call and introduced herself as icici employee and she knew my personal details.
She told me that she will tell me how to change the name.She first helped me activate my credit card and then send me a link on sms...

I paid the bill but its still not reflecting on card

So, i paid my friends icici credit card bill at 8:27 in the morning on 7th oct, 2023 through google pay the amount of ruppes 54, 000.00 was deducted from my account but it wasn't reflecting on the credit card it showed it might take 3 days for the money to reflect its been 3 days today but its still not reflecting i am in the need of the money thats stuck on the server's please help me its just getting annoying day by dayand i forsure know...

Amount deducted from my bank account

Hi all,

I am having my salary account in ICICI bank . But today 3 Rs/- were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough.
