ICICI Bank — Useless RMs

ICICI bank appoints Relationship Managers to its customers. This is a dedicated person appointed as your relationship manager to help and support you in your banking needs.

The RMs provide no help and support. They do not respond to your emails at all. They are not supportive.

On top they say put their employee code when you do some important transaction online. e.g. Opening of FD, there's an option, Are you assisted by ICICI bank representative, if so enter their employee code.

My RM calls me and says provide their employee code when you open an FD.
RMs want free lunch and benefits from customer engagement but when they are asked important questions and asked for help, they are not knowledgeable at all
