[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Utter nonsense customer care | |||
I have setteled my ICICI bank credit card 3-4 months ago. I have been chasing them to get the no dues letter. Written 5-6 emails to customer care. Always, getting the non-sense reply from them saying, reach out to the near by ICICI bank brach. I live in abroad where there is no ICICI bank near by. I have provided the mailing address and shared email address to send the copy. Its shame on a bank, after collecting the payment not issuing the letter. I had sent an email today and wait for some response. If its a same non-sense answer, then I will find some lawyer and file a case against this bank and their dishonest approach. Brother, we are in a same boat! in my case its my Personal loan account which I settled and since last 1 month am following up with this so called Collection Manager and the call center executives to remove the lean mark from my SB account and provide me the no dues letter.
My salary is credited yesterday and i cant use it at all. as my account is marked lean.
I think only God can save us from this blood sucking devils.
