I am account opened on 2011 year and continued still. My debit card is damaged and applied new card on nov 02 2017 at teni branch. At the time the staff was told 7 working days you get the new card in teni branch. But still not yet card and enquiry the about the branch they was irresponsible answer for my duty is over. Still what is my request level could not fund. If are not prepares my requested. Relived my request i will try to another branch or shifted account another bank. I am waited more than the double times, but this branch is very careless deal for the account holder and in satisfied for this branch.
