[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — very poor service of opening nre and nro account

Your employees at mahamayatala branch in kolkata has bluffed and lied about opening and time required for the job continuously. They have wasted my valuable time i came home from abroad and haven't been able to open my account in time which has wasted my entire holiday and i have lost money as i could not receive rent from my tenant. The account still not active and the deputy manager sutirtha chakrabarty has been lying to my mother before i came to india that it will be done within 3 days and i have now spent ten days out of my 12 days visit in india at your bank and she is still not getting the job done and constantly hassling me. Your said employee had neither the knowledge about nor the training to do her job. And constant bluffing is very unprofessional in my opinion. As a result of your bank and employees dealings with me i have now ce to the end of my holiday so i cannot open another account with another bank as i do not have time left and your bank has not given me the access to the account. So now i'm going back and i cannot receive rent from my tenant which will be the case for a year because i won't be able to come back to india before that. So i have lost my time and money. I would want action taken regarding this issue because you can not cause such harassment and anxiety for people just because you want to run your bank on the basis of employees who just bluff customers.
