Respected Sir, it is informed that Mr. Rajesh Kumar authorize representative of ICICI Bank Ltd. Loan Department Hisar Mb. [protected] has misguided me about loan against property. He also demanded for money for the loan in form of cash but i gave him a cheque of 4720. Then he misguided me and said that your documents are incomplete. If my documents are incomplete then why he processing my application and clear the cheque of 4720 which is deducted into my account. My loan application is still not approved and he misguided me that your loan application is approved by the ICICI bank. This is the case of totally fraud and injustice. The bank goodwill is doubtful due to that like of employees (Mr. Rajesh Kumar). It is requested to you please oblige me and refund my payment and take immediate necessary action against the said official so that in future that type of circumstances will not happen.

    I withdrew 800 rs cash from icici bank atm in pondicherry near railway station with one 500rs note and three three hundred rupees note in which one 500rs note was mutilated, what kind o[censored]nethical practice your bank is doing in circulating such notes without checking it

      I was recently sold an expressions debit card saying that it will provide me complementary airport lounge access. I'm sitting at Delhi airport international departure and i went to Plaza Premium Lounge on T3 only to be sent back. The staff there claimed that ICICI cards were stopped sometime early this year. I went to their website and they still proudly provide the misleading details there, see https://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/cards/Consumer-Cards/Debit-Card/expre... and go to "Complimentary airport lounge access". The website still lists both domestic and international lounges at Delhi airport. Here is the copied entry from their website:

      6 Delhi 1. Plaza Premium Lounge (T1D)
      2. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3) 1. Plaza Premium Lounge (T3)
      2. ITC Lounge (T3)

      I went to both Lounge A and Lounge B just to make sure this was indeed the case. Is this way you cheat your customers? I've been an ICICI bank customer for ~10 years or more.

      Really disappointed and angry about this. I even argued with the staff there that ICICI sold me this card just few weeks ago but now my confidence on ICICI has gone to bottom!!!

        my mobile no is linked to some other person's bank account

        This is to inform you that the icici bank ltd opened my salary account recently and upon checking via upi i found some other account linked to my mobile number i contacted the nearest branch about it sent almost 20 emails to icici bank but no help from their end. It is unsafe for that person whose account is linked to my mobile number.

        Hello Sir/Mam,

        I have complain for ICICI bank credit card payment system.

        Because, When I had done payment for 300Rs in petrol pump it was charge 303Rs from CC balance and after one day gor 2.25rs back.

        So what about 0.75Rs every time.

        Can you please check and help on this.

        Also I have free CC service and transactions.

        I had inquire from both side ICICI bank and Petrol pump Organizer.

        But, I have not get any correct answer.

          Good day to you !

          I would like to inform you that subject credit card no.[protected] has not been used by us since 2012, Matter of fact it has debited from my saving account 18, 808.49 RS on 22nd Aug -2017 not only that there have many auto debit transactions example 12 april.2017, 13 feb.2017 for amount of 730 and 770 respectively. Again I am getting call from MBA consulting India PVT.LTD demanding amount of 6, 200 RS as you are aware of that I am not in possession of the credit card . you can check from your system your card has not been used since 2012 how come MBA consulting keep threatening and mental harassment and disturbing my mental peace and causing a health trouble moreover, they are using abusive language. neither this card has been used by me nor there is any outstanding amount from my end and I presume that this credit card has been closed from my end and your end. so please advice MBA consulting to not to call on my mobile number and disturb us. if the matter is not resolved within couple of days I will forced to register police complain against MBA consulting for mental harassment and using abusive language and if necessary we will file a court case against MBA consulting and ICICI bank. I trust this matter will be resolved soon and corrective steps would be taken from your end and unauthorised amount that was deducted would be credited back to my savings account.

            They blocked my card twice in three months without informing me. I was standing in mall doing transaction and they said transaction is declined. When i called customer care they said me take its card it has lots of benefits just pay 700 rs. I said okay. When i seen online that benefits are just to make fool. They said already you are paying 300 rs plus tax. When i called again they said you are paying 150 plus tax. When i called third time they said you are not paying anything. They are not giving any proper information. Then they said you are getting coral card and now we cant change it. Again i called they said ok we have changed your card from coral paywave to normal. Next day when i called to confirm again it was coral paywave only. They they said u can go to branch and get instant card. I reached branch they said we dont have card. From past three days i am just calling customer care of icici and not getting any solution.

              very poor service of opening nre and nro account

              Your employees at mahamayatala branch in kolkata has bluffed and lied about opening and time required for the job continuously. They have wasted my valuable time i came home from abroad and haven't been able to open my account in time which has wasted my entire holiday and i have lost money as i could not receive rent from my tenant. The account still not active and the deputy manager sutirtha chakrabarty has been lying to my mother before...

              I had an emi debiting from my icici account.. I put a request to stop the payment twice and still the amt is debited

              Customer care never bothers to help or listen to the issue for every small thing they ask us to visit branch...
              If you want us to go to the branch why do you want to have a call center in the first place

              Most of the time the server is down

              I want the amt to credited back to my account after i put my request

              If your incapable of doing what we need why should we use your services

              I need this to be resolved asap

                An amount of rs 29.50 x 9 times i. E. 265.5 rs in total is being debited from my account because of incorrect amount being entered while debit was to be made via atm.

                If the amount that exceeds the account balance is entered, doesn't it should be limited to only a pop-up message that there's no sufficient balance?
                Why is there charges being levied?

                I need refund of my money asap!

                Be aware that this is hard earned money and you shouldn't be authorized to do such debits which doesn't have any impact anywhere.

                One of the ridiculous thing that i have ever seen!

                  My son syamantak has one account under guardian vasudev paliwal’s name in icici’s kela pada, jaisalmer branch. On 04 august, 2018, i requested the icici chb, jodhpur branch to close the said kela pada branch account and to open a new account in icici chb, jodhpur branch and to transfer the money deposited in the old jaisalmer account to the new jodhpur account.
                  The icici chb branch has opened the new account and the account in jaisalmer branch has been closed. However, the jaisalmer branch has not transferred the amount deposited in the closed account to the new account till date.

                        On sept 02, 2018 i have applied for a new savings account through bank website. During the process i have added 10, 000 inr to the new account. I have got the account number instantly i. E. –[protected] and branch opted was jaydev vihar, bhubaneshwar, odisha. However, due to some personal reasons i no longer want to open a new savings account at icici bank. Bank staff have also contacted me regarding the same but i refused, and said i will opt for account later on as i was directed to create a new account where this above amount will be transferred.

                        Current status : application closed, account not activated. (Attached image)

                        Kindly request to refund the amount as soon as possible, bank website shows amount will be refunded within 15 days in case account is not activated.

                          I never used my Dmat A/C till date then also bank taken charges for that & not received any notice for this.

                                    This is to inform you that, your sales person mr. Santosh shintre emp id - 176908 has given me false commitments and false promises during my home loan process.

                                    Let me first explain the whole situation step by step so that you all get better idea. I hopeyou already aware of this whole matter because this was done in your presence. Because, you are the branch credit manager you might had discussed all the matter with your sales guy.

                                    The things goes like that, the moment when icici bank thakurli branch came to know that i am planning to purchased home as i already discussed with ms nilima jagtap (Cash counter operator) regarding my home loan. She gave me a reference of so called mr. Santosh shintre and also gave his phone no.

                                    Same day i had a conversation with mr. Satosh shintre regarding my home loan but the processing fee and other charges which was told by your sales guy was too high.

                                    But, when i started my payment transaction with seller as i have my salary account in icici bank (My whole family have individual icici silver account in thakurli east branch). The branch had come to know that, i had finalized the property. Therefore, again, i got a call from mr. Santosh and he told me that will be giving you concession in processing fee andwill charge in between (0.25% to 0.31%). Also, he told me that, you have to only pay rs 2500/- of admin fee which should be paid at the time of loan disbursement. On the day of raksha bandhan[protected] he called me and told that i am taking approval for admin fee waiver hopefully you don't have to pay that as well.

                                    As i have privilege account where i should not be charged processing fee but, still i agreed for processing fee.

                                    On 4th of august 2018, mr. Santosh had come to my house and again explain me above rate and interest rate, he clearly mentioned in front of my whole family that there is a scheme going on for 3 days if you applied within this 3 days you will get the interest rate @ 8.55%. I trust him and applied on the same day in evening submitted all the document and signed application form. The documentation part has been done from my side on the same day.

                                    Later, verification process got started, all the things gone smoothly. Here, i want to mentioned one thing, icici bank always talks about digitization always forced us to use mobile app and net banking.

                                    But, during my whole home loan process apart from a single message on my wife mobile i never got any communication regarding my home loan. Not even my sanction letter got release on my email id everything was done offline because you people have an intention of manipulation and the same thing was happened at the end.

                                    My loan was got sanction on 10th of august 2018. But, it was not got release to me. After some days around date 20th-aug - 2018. Again, i got a call from mr santosh stating that your loan has been sanction but, there is a 2 condition mentioned on your sanction letter as follows below,

                                    If you need loan @ 8.55% then your processing fee will be charged @ 0.31%second, if you want to get charged processing fee @0.25% then your interest rate will be @8.65%

                                    But, there is nothing like that, he just convinced me by his # methodology. As i know no bank sanctions such # thing with conditions. Still, he only convinced me to go for 1st option and i did the same. Till, that moment also i did not got my sanction letter. He had kept with him.

                                    After that, i have sent him rs 7700/- for my loan stamp duty and franking charges wherein rs 6000/- is for stamp duty and rs 1700/- is for franking. But he had did the franking of rs 1200/- only.

                                    He had also taken our whole family member signature on disbursement and facility booklet which was not filled (Not even single form is filled inside). I worried what he will write inside that. Because, we trust him and did the entire signature.

                                    Finally, i received my loan the sanction letter on 30th aug 2018. This sanction letter was containing the rate of interest @8.55% but, loan amount was rs 2997313/- which was less by rs 2687/-. I told him i am fine with this amount as well please go ahead with that and also i asked mr. Santosh this latter contains the different processing fee but you have committed me something else. He said this is formal letter. We will not going to charge that we will only charge what i have committed to you. I trust him and said ok.

                                    Later, mr. Santosh told me that he will make new sanction letter of rs 3000000/- and also will add my mother, father and brother name in sanction letter because earlier letter does not contains these details. But, he never mentioned that he will changed the interest rate as well. The very next day he again came in my home in afternoon but forgot to bringsanction letter. Later, again he came in night around 10:30 pm at that time our whole family was busy in janamastmi pooja and the same moment he asked for signature on the sanction letter my whole family did the signature and i was in my bedroom was busy on call my brother called me for signature in the trust i also did the signature. The moment mr santosh step down from my home i referred the sanction letter i realized some forge have been happened because till that time this guys didn't told me anything aboutinterest rate his intention was to take signature anyhow. Within a second i called him regarding this issue but, i was very much surprised that, this guy mr. Santosh is completely changed his behavior he started saying he never committed any interest rate and bla bla things his voice tone suddenly got changed. He was at down stair only but not acted like responsible person he left the premises very soon because his job was done. I never saw a person like this. What kind of person got hired by icici bank?

                                    Today, when i again called him for cheque and asked him why you were stepping back from your words. Again, he is like i never committed anything i asked him to take an oath of his child but he was so ruthless he had not even left his child. I was surprised what people do just for some commission.

                                    I was associated with icici bank for almost more than 10 years as a loyal customer and you people only forge me just for sake of some money. Is that the culture of so much reputed bank? Many of my friend advise me not to go to icici bank for home loan they are worst in that but still i believed in icici and applied for home loan now after this incident i feel they were absolutely correct.

                                    Mrs. Pratibha you are also culprit for the same because sanction letter contains your stamp and signature. You are also involved in this manipulation. What more i can accept from this bank who’s ceo has done a forge with his own bank then forget about his employee.

                                    Last but not the least, request you kindly improve your mistake and issue me revised sanction letter with @ 8.55% interest rate with my committed processing fee which is follows below.

                                    Processing fee nil for previlage account.

                                    If not then 0.31% of loan amount

                                    No admin fee as waiver has been committed from your sales person.

                                    Stamp duty and franking rs 7700/- already paid.

                                    I need this issue should be resolved at the earliest and without intimating me you will not deposit my processing fee cheque otherwise there will be a big consequences.

                                    Just for your information if it doesn't get resolved within a time span i will be escalating this issue to managing directors. If required will approach bank ombudsman and rbi as well.
