[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Very Very High Credit Card Charges

Beware before you own an ICICI credit card!! ICICI bank charges very very high late payment and other subsequent charges and have no process of its reversal. I haven't seen such process or policies with other banks. My payment got delayed for just 4-5 days after my due date and ICICI bank levied all sort of late charges & fees amounting to approx. 4000 rupees. First time I am dealing with a financial institution who has no waiver policy despite of the fact that the customer was a new ICICI credit card customer and wasnt aware of the billing cycle due to which the payment got delayed.
