[Resolved] ICICI Bank — void sale refund not received | |||
Hello, On friday 13th april 2018 amount of 31500 rs was deducted from my account in a hotel as the waiter entered wrong amount. But as soon as we realized the hotel owner gave us the void sale receipt and told that in maximum 48 hours the amt will be refunded to my account. I have contacted customer care executive of icici bank on tuesday that is 17th april 2018 where they took my complaint and asked me to send the void sale receipt image (Which i did) through mail to [protected]@icicibank.com where the disputes team would check and refund your amt. Again to check the status i called customer care on 19th april 2018 wherein the guy on the call told me that they can't tell how many days it will take.. It might take upto 3 weeks also... Now when i checked the complaint status through mobile app on 20th april 2018 it is showing me as closed but the amount is still not reflected in my account.. Now it's been more than 5 days but still haven't received the amount. Really it is worst service in icici bank. Now whom should i call?? I want my money back.. Apr 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After following up with customer care multiple times they have resolved it after 9 Working days.. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
