This is in reference to your e-mail, with respect to dispute on transaction amounting to rs.20005.00 initiated in your account dated january 28, 2020.

Your request has been registered vide sr[protected]. Status will be informed to you within 16 working days. If the transaction is not claimed by the merchant, the transaction will be released in your favour. However, if the merchant claims the transaction, we will raise a chargeback with the acquiring bank as per visa guidelines. The 'turn around time' for dispute resolution is 35 working days.
