ICICI Bank — void transaction not refunded | |
Hello, On 3rd september 2019 amount of rs. 63, 283.50 was deducted from my account at a restaurant against a wrongly generated bill. But as soon as we realized we informed the manager within 10 mins. Hence it was not settled he gave us the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 48 hours the amt will be refunded to my account. On the same day, i contacted the customer care executive of icici bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 3-4 working days. I waited for 4 working days and found no refund credited into my account I contacted the customer care executive of icici bank on same day where they took my complaint and asked me to send the void sale receipt image (Which i did) through the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com where the disputes team would check and refund your amount. To resolve this issue the bank is again saying they need 7 to 16 working days more to investigate and see where the amount is stuck. Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back. Was this information helpful? | |
