I am Priya Rathore and my account number is[protected], which is my salary account. I have ICICI MakemyTrip Credit card. with card number: [protected] I always pay my credit card bills on time and always have sufficient balance in account as well. I have paid only 3 days late payment for my due of Rs 5860.43 on ICICI credit card. They charge Late Payment Fee 750 + [protected]@18% 135.00 = 885 Rs. I paid my bill on 12th April 2023, which was the third day. (Refer screenshot attached), I am not sure why they charged me with the late payment fee even after paying within the timeline. I have raised this concern with the customer support to waive off the late feed but did not receive any resolution (complaint number- SR[protected].
