[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — waiver of bounce charges

Dear icici team,

Please get the bounce charges waived off from my savings account[protected].

I have asked an amount of rs. 5000 from one of my neighbor to pay the school fees of my 3 years daughter.

I would like to tell you that from last 2 to 3 months i was suffering from bad financial conditions to which my emi got bounced regularly.

I was left with no option but to sell my car, that too on a very lesser price.

Since my process was rammped down due to which we were asked to leave from job and i was jobless for this much time period.

Finally, i got placed at cogent and still waiting for my salary credit. But salary in this company gets credited on 15th of every month, instead of 1st.

I want to request you that please understand my financial conditions and support me by waving of any further interest or late payment or closure/bounce charges that has been levied on to my account as one time exception.

I assure you that the same would not happen again. I beg of you to please waive of rs. 5000 that has been debited from my saving account. Otherwise, i have to revoke my daughter name from school. Please trust me that i’m going thru with bad financial crunch. But with the upcoming salary, i will manage to keep a good track again.

I’ve been an icici customer since 7-8 years now. Please help me with the required support.
