I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

    Dear sir,
    I was subscribe one assist plan earlier by mistake. I don't have any interest to this plan. Yesterday on 2nd march 2019 i got a message that rs. 1899/- will be deducted for renewal of the plan and deducted rs. 1899/- from my account today 3rd march 2019. As i have no interest to this plan please deactivate the plane and refund my money at the earliest.

      I have a salary actcount no.[protected] in your govind nagar, kanpur branch. I have used debit card, through bank of baroda atm dated 01.04.2019 time 18:47 two time rs. 7000/- and rs.6000/-. This time machine show message your card is temporary unavailable, and given slip transaction declined. But dated 02.04.2019 time 02.37am my account debited rs. 7000/- and rs. 6000/-, i have tried customer care dated 02.04.2019 time 07:30 am to 6.00 pm, many times but after 4 to 5 minutes calls auto disconnected. Again i have tried customer care dated 03.04.2019 time 01.25 am, customer care centre received my call and told me this time your complaint can not registered this time due to maintenance.

      So i request you to please credit my account no.[protected] rs. 7000/- and rs. 6000/- total rs. 13000/-

        Am an icici bank customer. On 26-03-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         ICICI deducting amount from my account. ICICI branch janakpuri C1 branch staff's are very rude and they do not know how to behave.. I think the security infront of the bank is the manager in this branch because he behave like that. Worst service.

          I have an icici bank account under number[protected]– and i have been dealing with one mr prashant of icici bank situated at lokhandwala branch andheri west mumbai there are various other members of my family who are having account with icici bank mr prashant had requested me to ask my family member to open saving account with his branch on his request my other family members shri nithin mistry bearing account number –[protected] mr daxit mistry bearing account number –[protected] tanuja mistry bearing account number – [protected] were opened with icici bank with the condition that it will be linked to my account so that they don’t have to maintain a minimum balance
          However after some time it was learnt that some amount of minimum balance rs 750 is being regularly cut deducted from all of our our accounts for which we had brought to the notice of mr prashant where in he checked the same assured us that the same will be reverted very soon however time passed and every month the minimum balance was deducted from our account some of which was even reverted
          Recently i had again visited the bank and it was learnt that shri prashant has been transferred and one mr uttam has taken over in his place i have been following up with mr uttam for reverting the same said amount since last 2 1/2 months however he has not yet done the needful and he has been very un cooperative
          In view of above i request icici bank to revert all the minimum balance charges immediately as we are misguided cheated by your staff shri prashant as he gets some incentive for opening saving accounts by misguiding the customers for which we
          Strongly object
          Hope that you will look into the matter personally and solve my grievances immediately thanking you

            On 2nd april 2019, 2 transactions from my upi failed as the bank's servers were not responding but the amount got debited for both the transactions, rs 300 and 349. I connected with 3-4 chat officers of the bank, they are denying these transactions, they are saying they can't see those transactions in their system i have the records from the payment transfer apps about the transactions, if your bank servers were not responding then that's not my fault, customers should not suffer. I want my rs.649 back. Refund my money into my account.

              Hi,

              This is regarding fraudulent transactions which were done on 2nd april 2019, i tried to contact customer support by then i lost 28000 from my account but i could not get in contact with icici customer care support because it was already 9:30 pm in the night. All this happened once my account is credited with loan amount from icici bank i doubt some of the icici bank employee for this to happen.
              So, my big question what is point of having customer support if there are certain work timings. Being a corporate bank customer had to face the same issue like a normal bank customer.

              I am also enclosing the photocopy of the mail received.
              An early action is solicited please as already a lot of time has expired.

                This is to inform you that I asked for the cancellation of my one assist membership on 3rd of march, 2019 as my plan was due to renew on 5th of march, 2019. I received a mail regarding the cancellation despite of that amount of 1899/- was deducted from my account on 6th of march, 2019 . After talking to your customer care executive I was assured that my plan would be cancelled and the deducted amount would be refunded.
                I received a cancellation mail for the same ( trailing e-mail enclosed ).
                Despite this written assurance no action has been taken and refund is still pending.
                It was informed to me that the amount would be refunded in 7-10 days . It's almost a month now, no refund has been received.
                I want my one assist membership cancelled and the amount of 1899/- refunded immediately.

                    Incorrect charges were billed to my fastag account while commuting from Gachibowli to Rajendranagar. Usual charges for return travel should be 50% less (RS.10) instead, my account was charged with RS. 60. The travel date is 01/04/19 (23.10.11 hours). There have been numerous such unnecessary charges and did report the issue on the Fastag app without any response or history of issues reported at App. I am attaching the screenshot from my mobile which shows the details for the charges. I need someone to take a look at this issue and sort out the issues with the additional charges along with the re-imbursement of the addtional charges from my account

                      I I am trying to transfer the 15000 amount through internet banking on 1 April 2019. While processing it gives error message that the system has some issue so not able to transact.
                      The amount is deducted from my account but not deposited to other account.
                      Immediately I call to customer care, she told me that, because of year ending system is down, she can’t help. She asked me to call on next day.
                      I am trying to connect to costumer care but after 15 minutes of recorded message call get disconnected.
                      I want my money back ASAP.
                      I have privilege account in the bank but still I didn’t get good service.
                      I don’t expect such pathetic service of ICICI bank

                          Account opened at infosys mysore along with the rest of the trainees at infosys campus. All the accounts opened there were compromised. All the trainees received fraudulent calls from fraudsters. Even without sharing sensitive information, amount has been debited from my account and all other trainees' accounts. I need this money back, as it is my hard earned money.

                          Note - i had immediately blocked my debit card and disabled internet banking when i received the call. I had even called up customer care and had confirmed that my balance was the same and that no amount had been deducted. I called up again after 3 hours to confirm that there has been no change in my account balance. Then in midnight, the fraudster has made payments to airtel for subscription plans using my card details. I want to know how is this possible when the debit card and the internet banking are not functional. How can you allow transactions without my permission, at the middle of the night, when both debit card and internet banking is disabled/blocked. Upon checking with customer care, i am being told that those transactions were initiated before the card was blocked. Only the sms confirming the transaction was delayed due to "network problem" by the phone carrier. This is all lies as i had confirmed more than a couple of times the previous day, that my account balance was intact, after blocking my debit card and disabling internet banking.

                          I feel this is an inside job, wherein some of your executives have shared all the infosys trainees' details with the fraudsters, and all of them got a call at the same time. Please resolve this on priority, or we will all be forced to collectively approach the court.

                            I have a corporate gift card of icici bank recieved from my employer. There was no pin issued with it, and the information i have is it does not need any pin for use. However, when i tried to purchase something at an outlet, the card asked for a pin. I dont have any pin to be entered.
                            I tried to contact customer care of icici in this regard but there is no option to be selected from ivrs and when i select any option, it simply gives no response. I am really disappointed as i am not able to use the card and its almost impossible to reach icici bank for pin information.

                                I did a transaction on 01st apr 2019 of inr 50k from my icici to a beneficiary with city union bank via imps. I got a message "dear customer, imps txn ref xxxxxxfor rs.50, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-apr-2019 13:37:01. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.". Please help. I need the amount to be settled asap. I do not see the transaction conformation details under my list of completed transactions too. This is very disappointing. If you cant successfully credit the amount to the target bank, then why to deduct and hold the money. This does not make sense..

                                  Today is 1st april 2019 and i made first 3 transaction of this month from SBI and otjer was from Axis..
                                  aa i have not exceeded ATM usage limit why ICICI has deducted 23.60 for each transactions i made??
                                  its like looting public hard earned money without notice and without justification. please return me my money.

                                  the amount was deducted on 1 April and i also got sms as well as checked it online portal. but now the issue is resolved and balance amount is adjusted

                                    From oct 2018 on wards bwssb water bills paid online on their website using my icici bank credit card. Alerts received for cc payment shows actual bill amount only.in credit card statements rs 11.80 is found added to actual amount paid. Icici bank in reply to query stated it is merchant establishments prerogative. As i find no merchant estb involved, being govt utility and not happening in electricity/telephone bills payments, matter needs to be resolved.

                                      rtn chg- insufficient funds

                                      There has been a debit of 413/- from my account with the description as RTN CHG-INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.

                                      Want to know the reason why ? As I was not intimated on the same earlier.
                                      My salary account is in ICICI.

                                      I have taken a car loan from SBI, which is dated on 10th of every month. This debit has been done on 11th March.

                                      Not sure on what this is?...

                                      Am paying every loan correctly,
                                      then what is the reason to you debit charges from my account...
                                      in pondicherry branch icici staff nobody giving a proper responce for this...
                                      they dnt know why amount was debited...
                                      472+472+408 =1352 rs debited in a single day...
                                      very month happening like this,

                                      without reason debiting amount from customer account is not good one...
