[Resolved] ICICI Bank — waiver of credit card bill late payment charges | |
Sir I have been charged rs. 750+135 for late payment of bill due on 03.08.2017 for my credit card. I have paid the amount of rs.13652 of bill on 06.08.2017. It is requested that i was out of station and my internet was not working due to which the payment is late by three days. It is submitted that the charges of late fee are on higher side for three days and it is harsh action by icici bank. Such penal action for meager fault is forcing me to consider the closer of credit card account as i have other banks credit cards but no such penalty ever made by any bank. So kindly you are requested to waive the harsh penalty debited in my bill statement dated 15.08.2017. I shall be thankful. Mandhir singh virk Was this information helpful? | |
