ICICI Bank — waiver of hidden charges promised yet to be effected

Though paid 50k(90% on total due) four days ago against my credit card & OTL account & still provided my willingness to pay the remaining amount I am yet to receive a final closure of the same stating the complete waiver details Off late I keep receiving just calls from various corners within icici & being Enquired on the same, though shown my potentials in being a good payer!!!
