ICICI Bank — Watch from killer offer not received

Order no..133303.. Cca reference no[protected].. Killer watch not received till now.. Booked on 9 may 2017 as payment is debited from my account on same day as icici bank is giving offers for some products form website www.killerjeans.com/icicinetbanking... i have gone through this offer as i have given the details above. So i have paid rs 349 from my icici account through internet banking for killer watch which says it is available only for rs 349 which is shipping charge only. I have booked this offer on 9 may 2017 and i have not received it from them till date i. E 5 june 2017 so plz help me to get this product.
