[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — What is ECSRTNCHG charges

Please explain what is ECSRTNCHG? Every month around 1000 is been deducted from my account since nov. Please get in touch with me ASAP. Your customer care number is useless. You haven't mentioned my relationship manager in the app. Whom should I connect to and how if the bank is closes at 3 pm and after that I need assistance?

This is happening for all ICICI customers, seems like they are recovering their NPA 's from other customers, Good for Banking system,
I also charged Rs.229 do not know the reason, NOT required I donate for my Country

I think banks can enable low cost BOT to auto resolve all the complains, so that Banks can reduce operation cost,
